Our story
Three Little Birds Business Consulting was founded by Lisa Harrison to share her industry experience and knowledge with travel professionals and business owners — helping them identify, pursue and achieve their career and business goals, along with greater growth and balance in work and life.

A little about Lisa
Founder & Director
Lisa Harrison has 33 years travel industry experience, including 26 years in business management of retail travel agencies, general management of a multi-office retail travel business, and travel wholesale businesses including Sunlover Holidays, Air New Zealand Holidays and Territory Discoveries.
In recent years, she was General Manager of Australian retail travel group, Magellan Travel, and most recently, was the Managing Director Australia & New Zealand for Signature Travel Network, a U.S retail travel consortia.
Lisa specialises in strategy, identifying growth opportunities, driving profit, leadership, delivery of exceptional customer service, operational processes & structure and succession planning.
She delights in inspiring, empowering and supporting people to believe in themselves and achieve their goals and dreams.
